Once your order has been dispatched from warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Order Dispatched”. This email will include the name of the assigned courier, parcel tracking number, and a tracking link for your convenience. To check the latest updates on your package, please refer to the tracking number provided in that email.
As the parcel is in transit with the corresponding couriers, please kindly monitor the tracking status and you may also reach out to the courier directly if you have any issues regarding the status/ re-delivery/ pickup instructions.
*Please note that after your order is dispatched from our warehouse, occasionally there maybe several days that there is no online tracking updates scan as parcel is in the flights to destination or pending for flight scheduling. Tracking updates will become available once the parcel has landed in the destination country/ transit hub. The tracking status will be updated at that time; we appreciate your patience as you await these updates.
