We process and ship all orders from our Hong Kong warehouse Monday through Friday, (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched from warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Order Dispatched”. This email will include the name of the assigned courier, parcel tracking number, and a tracking link for your reference.
Or you can also access the status of your order and find the tracking number by logging into your account under the ‘My Account’ section.
