Once your order has been dispatched from warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Order Dispatched”. This email will include the name of the assigned courier, parcel tracking number, and a tracking link for your reference.
Or you can also access the status of your order and find the tracking number by logging into your account under the ‘My Account’ section.
Please note that after your order is dispatched from warehouse, occasionally there maybe several days that there is no online tracking updates scan as parcel is in the flights to destination or pending for flight scheduling. Tracking updates will become available once the parcel has landed in the destination country/ next transit hub. The tracking link provided in your email will be updated at that time, we appreciate your patience as you await these updates.
However, if there are not any scan updates around 5 days since the “Order Dispatched” email, please reach out to us by submitting a form on our website by clicking here. A support ticket will be created for your order, and our dedicated team will follow up with you via email.
